Cord Lewis has been with Wallwork for 12 years has worked in the trucking industry for 18 year. He currently serves as the Service Trainer. During his session, he will provide an overview of a Failure Analysis course that he developed. The presentation will introduce the principles of structured failure analysis and demonstrate how a disciplined diagnostic process can improve repair quality and reduce repeat failures.

Joshua Farsdale is the Service Support Manager for Wallwork Truck Center. With more than 30 years of experience as a diesel technician, Joshua now leads technician training and development across all Wallwork locations.
His presentation will provide a high-level overview of digital vehicle communication systems, including digital signals, CAN bus architecture, and LIN bus structure. He will also discuss how the commercial vehicle industry is evolving in the age of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, and why these technologies are becoming increasingly important for today's technicians.
